Pam brings an engineer’s problem-solving skills and sense of precision to the art and craft of picture framing. Whether cutting glass, measuring a mat, installing a fillet, or working on the proper dimensions for a shadow box, Pam will patiently persevere until everything is just right. Her expertise is in museum-quality framing, including art-appropriate mounting and preservation techniques. Pam also does all our photo scanning, editing, restoration and printing. Katie is an accomplished artist with a Fine Arts degree in Visual Arts and Printmaking. That talent, along with several years experience as an interior design assistant, provide her with the eye and attention to detail to perfectly marry art, frame and décor. You will love Katie’s upbeat and engaging personality, and the joy she shares for art. In addition to her many private clients, Katie is our design lead for corporations and interior design firms. Alex has an artist’s eye for detail, which he expertly applies to the craft of framing. A former cabinet maker and installer, he has an uncanny ability to visualize the final product before he starts the project. These skills make Alex fast and precise. And you will not find a more dedicated or conscientious craftsman. Customers love Alex’s easy-going personality and his ready smile. He is also our lead art installer. Alex takes the same care and thoughtfulness, whether working with galleries and designers, or hanging a singe piece in your home.

Cappy is the goodest boy and a fan favorite at The Gilt Complex! He’s a laid back Portuguese Water Dog who enjoys long walks in the downtown Stuart neighborhood, watching other pups stroll by the showroom, and playing with his sister, Daphne. And did you know about “Cappy Hour”?! Stop by any time during normal business hours just to say hi and give this little boy some pets!

Muppet Impersonator / Shop Dog

Our girl Daphne is a little ball of fire. She’s two years old and is learning how to be a good shop dog from her brother, Cappy. She’s at the showroom most days with her Mom, Katie, and likes to spend her time napping on a comfy chair, destroying tennis balls, and waiting for a cookie from the mail man. Daphne is a little shy at first, but once you scratch behind her ear, don’t you ever stop!
